We are seeking cheerful, dedicated team players to join our Family to service Kai’s Crab Boil; a brand new concept to join the Columbus restaurant scene in December. Our mission is to bring fresh, flavorful seafood dishes from the Coast to the Midwest with a creative and innovative beverage program. As part of Kai’s Team, you will enjoy the casual and fun interactions with guests and other team members while maintaining a welcoming and professional work space and attitude.

We are hiring for line cooks, servers, bartenders and hosts. There is always the ability to transfer from position to position as you grow with our company. There is flexibility for both full time and part time positions.

Our staff provides mouth-watering food and drinks in a casual, fun atmosphere. We expect our associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We are looking for staff who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
